呼吸，很重要，但常忘了呼吸
房子的呼吸，對窗開啟，自然的空氣對流
沒有氣窗的冷氣，閉鎖的所在，不是呼吸~
心臟的呼吸，載著有氧行去，懂得轉動、跳動，是呼吸~
長大的呼吸，有進有出
有察覺的收入，是吸，有觸感的反應，是呼
有成長的掙扎，是入，有體認的行進，是出
呼吸，已不是本能，是思考的跨步
長不大的時候，請 ~ 深 呼吸 ~
